Have you examined your business model lately?

I am glad to hear someone else talking about the idea of business as calling.

It is one of the tenets of the process we follow here at Working Miracles Small Business Coaching that building a business with the purpose of providing something of value to those who appreciate that value creates a flow of abundance.  In a purposeful business transaction, each participant, both buyer and seller, receives value in excess of what they have given: win/win and the world is a better place.

Have you examined your business model lately?  Are you building a realationship with your customers based on value or, like newspapers, do you see the consumer as a necessary evil in your system of cash creation?
