Here at Working Miracles we teach an eight step journey to business success based on the mythical hero’s adventure.  We believe that all life, all personal growth, including the growth of your business, is a chapter in the heroic story of your life.

The map below devides the stages of the universal hero’s adventure into a focused and deliberate business development process. It is, in effect, a map of the journey you will take as you  set out on a hero’s adventure to create a successful and satisfying business

Step 1 – The Ordinary World  (Current Reality)

The world has changed.  Stop and assess what is real, right now, today?  Know your numbers as well as your non-negotiables.  This information will inform your vision and laser focus your goals.

Step 2- Call to Adventure (Vision and Mission)

You are here because you feel called to action.  It is time to step out of complacency and malaise and seek your destiny.  To maintain the mythical metaphor, you are called by the gods and you’ve been given gifts to aid you in your quest for abundance, prosperity and new life. 

Step 3 – You Are the Chosen One  (Unique Business)

You and your business are unique.  No one else does it quite like you.  Clarify what it is that makes you exceptional.

Step 4 – Finding Your People (Lead Generation)

Now that you are committed to the quest, set out to find your tribe. Who wants what you have?  Who values your unique contribution?  Find these people and let them know how you can serve them.

Step 5 – Initiation into The Tribe (Conversion/Sales)

Once you find your people you must still prove your value to be accepted. Learn to  adapt your presentation to appeal to those you serve.

Step 6 – Boon Companions (Customer Retention)

When you find your people how do you embrace them to make yourself and your business an on-going part of the community?  Once you have proven your worth, how will you enroll your customers in your quest for greatness.

Step 7 – The Hero’s Path (Leadership)

Once you have created a community and shared you gifts,  it is time to lead.  With clearer focus it is time, once again, to revisit the gifts bestowed upon you to discover an even higher level of benefit to your people.

Step 8 – Keep the Faith (Systems and Processes for Passive Income)

You have created something valuable; now it is time to let go and let it run without you.  Heroes must eventually pass the mantel.  How can your create a system that will continue to serve without your day to day involvement.
